About The Job

Hallo is a live streaming community where English learners become fluent. Usually language learners spend most of their time in textbooks, not speaking because it’s hard to find opportunities to practice with real people in order to overcome the fear of speaking. With Hallo, now English learners can speak with native speakers or other learners on live streams, audio calls, and video calls at the click of a button.

Approved teachers can stream any topic related to their brand as long as the overall goal is to help people become more confident and fluent in English. Some streamers teach English through curriculums, activities, or quizzes. Others might teach English entirely through a cultural lens, purely through humor or through more formal methods like whiteboards and props. In the end, there is a spectrum and just like an influencer, you will find your style and develop your brand as you refine your skills and get better at what you do.
