Why are the dates and times of my classes different from what I set? 

As you know, the mobile app can be more reliable than the web app at times. Make sure you create the class on the mobile app. Then check the web and mobile app to see if it is appearing correctly. Try to delete the class and retry at least once. If you are still experiencing the issue, you can submit a form here.

Why am I not seeing scheduled classes?

Why does my livestream or live class randomly end or go to a different page?

Anytime you click another part of the Hallo web page, your class will end and go to that page. Don’t worry, you can always open your class right back up the way you started it. Try keeping a separate hallo.tv page open that you can use to follow students, send messages, etc.
